Walking

I've walked all my life -- up mountains, through fields, over moorlands. It brings me peace, health, joy, clarity, questions and sometimes answers. 

I'd love others, especially women, to feel confident walking and being outdoors. And so, in 2021, I trained to become a 'Hill and Moorland Leader', accredited by Mountain Training. I also have a certificate in Outdoor First Aid. 

 

I offer walks for individuals and for groups. We'll walk on Dartmoor or Exmoor in Devon, or elsewhere by arrangement. 

I also offer coaching to individuals outdoors. We'll use similar tools to my online coaching, but we'll also use the spectrum of tools and prompts that being outdoors can offer.
